Q: How many times can I restore my website or emails?
A: You can restore anything up to 5 times a month. So that's equivalent to 59 cents per restore for an hours work by a senior level-3 technician.
Q: If I use POP3 instead of IMAP, will my emails be backed up?
A: No, POP3 stores your emails on your local computer. We can restore a corrupted email account, your website and your data on the server.
Q: Is this a special offer price that will change soon?
A: No.
Q: Don't you keep backups anyway?
A: Yes, we keep our own backups according to our data security, redundancy and disaster recovery policy so that we can bring your account back to its latest state in case of emergency. We do not use those backups for client requested restores.
Q: Can I do my own backups without this service?
A: Yes, in your cPanel account you can backup your account and download the file. You will need to log in every day and run a backup and a lot of bandwidth to download it. It would take an avarage of 1 hour to backup and approximately 8 hours to restore on your own. If you don't do it for a month, you might loose a months data. We know that it is time consuming and we do it for you for the lowest price in the universe, plus we restore it for you.
