Traffic (Data Transfer)

Traffic is the amount of data that is allowed to be transferred between your account and the rest of the Internet for a period of time. Each byte can represent a character. In 100 GB traffic there are 1024*1024*1024*100, or 107374182400 bytes.

Is this enough for your website?

A single page would have a size of no more than 50KB. This means that it could be visited more than millions of times before your bandwidth quota is exceeded. If we consider an average picture size of 100KB, 100GB of traffic would allow it to be viewed more than 1,000,000 times.

250GB monthly traffic quota will be enough for 95% of all existing pages in the Internet.
